www.masonsoutherly.com is an E-Commerce and Service Site.
Mason Southerly is an online retailer of southern apparel and the home of Yellow Boat Tours—a private boat tour and coastal experience service based in Wilmington, North Carolina. We create unique designs inspired by our family’s adventures along the southeast coast, using American-made materials for our apparel. Yellow Boat Tours offers island days, scenic and sunset cruises, and custom nature-based outings for small groups.
Privacy

Additional Terms for Yellow Boat Tours (DBA Yellow Boat Tours, owned by Mason Southerly, LLC).
By booking or participating in any Yellow Boat Tours activities through www.masonsoutherly.com, you also agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
Boat tours involve outdoor activity, variable weather, and natural environments. By joining a tour, you accept these risks and agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Liability Waiver
All passengers must sign a waiver before departure. Parents or guardians must sign for minors. Mason Southerly and Yellow Boat Tours are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring during a tour, except where prohibited by law.
Cancellations & Weather
Yellow Boat Tours may cancel or reschedule tours due to weather or safety concerns. Customer-initiated cancellations must follow the policy stated at booking.
Code of Conduct
We are a family-focused service. Disruptive behavior, unsafe actions, or failure to comply with crew instructions may result in removal from the tour without refund. Alcohol is allowed in moderation for guests of legal drinking age; no glass containers permitted.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use www.masonsoutherly.com in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it or interfere with others’ use. You may not attempt to obtain any materials or information not intentionally made available.
All content on the Site is the property of Mason Southerly or its suppliers, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not modify, publish, transmit, reproduce, create derivative works, or sell any content without express written permission.
