Cancellation Policy

A 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking your outing. Booking your outing ensures your space for chosen outing. Making a deposit and/ or paying for your outing in full is our commitment from you that you will be participating in a scheduled adventure with us, and we hold that space for you. If you fail to show up for your scheduled excursion or cancel very close to the trip date, it is not guaranteed that we can fill the space for another group/participant. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens—especially with kids—so we do our best to be flexible. Cancel more than 72 hours in advance? You’ll receive a full refund. Cancel between 48–72 hours? We’ll gladly help you reschedule your trip. Less than 24 hours' notice? Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund at that point. Weather worries? If we need to cancel due to inclement weather, we’ll offer you the option to reschedule. If the weather cuts your trip short, we’ll prorate and refund the unused time. As a small, family-run business, we get that things come up. If something unexpected happens, just reach out—we’ll do our best to work with you.
